75/82

75/82 is a collaboration between Katrina Opp and Joshua Breidenbach. As 75/82, we take selective projects and produce whatever else we want. Upcoming projects include books and zines based on our photography and the recycling of imagery we find around us. 75/82 began in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam two years ago. We recently relocated to Bangkok, Thailand. Our stimulating new environment is inspiring us to create even more.

We're working on our full website. This is our play space until the launch.

THANKYOU.

RECYCLED NOTEBOOKS by 75/82
These notebooks came out of a trip to local printing house (In Vietnam). We saw stacks of paper on the floor and in the trash, which had been used to test color and or registration for a multitude of jobs the printer had. Over time this paper had accumulated multiple layers of imagery color and type, until it became a rich collage. At a certain point, the paper ceases to be useful to the printer. We thought this paper was too beautiful to go to waste, so we asked the printers for their trash. The layers of imagery, gathered randomly out of chaos were inspiring, and we decided to use it to make covers for little notebooks.  Recycled paper went on the inside too. All that was left to do was have our 75/82 logo stamped in with the recycling symbol. We chose to stamp instead of print, because ink is bad for the environment. So they’re about recycling. Recycling of ideas and the creation of new ones (hopefully), as a whole new cycle. Each notebook turned out as one of a kind because you never really know what you’re going to get.

1000 made so far. Will recycle again!
